Position Overview The
Project Manager (PM)
is responsible for leading the successful execution of commercial construction projects — managing all aspects of planning, budgeting, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and polished communicator with proven experience managing complex, design‑driven projects in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all project phases, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement processes with precision
Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control measures
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to preserve design intent and construction excellence
Direct and support field teams to ensure alignment between project goals and site execution
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges through clear communication and teamwork
Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and transparency
Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently achieved
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience managing
commercial construction projects , including
commercial, medical, or mixed‑use developments
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong command of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Proficiency in
Bluebeam
and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with professionalism
