Description Responsible for the Little Knife Gas Plant Mechanical Integrity Program, inspections, tracking and verification of Petro‑Hunt work‑order system. Manages the required Non‑Destructive Examination (NDE) program and works with Operations, Mechanics and other support crafts to verify all required repairs are correctly completed and documented, including the MOC process. Maintains all certifications required by state and federal agencies.

Duties

Management of the Mechanical Integrity Program.

Management of the Work Order System.

Management of Non‑Destructive Examinations.

Visual inspection and verification of all repairs.

Maintain and manage all records required by state and federal law.

Visual inspection of all new builds or modifications and track with appropriate documentation.

Work closely with LKPH management.

Schedule required maintenance and outages.

Manage and oversee contractors performing modifications or repairs.

Assist on major shutdown and repair projects.

Follow plant safety programs: Lockout/Tag‑out, safe handling of chemicals (Right‑To‑Know), spill plan, and other safety programs.

Wear a 30‑minute self‑contained breathing apparatus in any hazardous vapor environment or for emergency rescue.

Be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds.

Be willing to work in a team atmosphere.

Be willing to work unscheduled hours if required, including call‑outs.

Must be able to take and follow directions or plans set by management.

Qualifications

Willing and capable of working call‑outs, unusual work hours, in and around hydrogen sulfide, sweet gas, LPG equipment, and in all kinds of weather conditions.

Must have good hearing to receive portable radio communications, H₂S monitors, and various plant alarms.

Knowledge of and experience with safety programs such as Lockout/Tag‑out.

Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and perform inspections in hazardous environments.
