Responsibilities

Establish, cultivate and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals

Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency

Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency

Qualifications

High School Diploma: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum (1) year of healthcare marketing experience in Home Health/Hospice

Medical Contacts in the Northwest with an established book of business

Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices

Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)

Autonomous and self-motivated

Able to establish, maintain, and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources
