Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
(PA’s or NP’s) with diabetes management and other endocrinology needs. Compensation:
Ability to make up to $90 per hour. Work Environment:
Great work-life balance with potential to work primarily remotely. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including weight management, medical management, and patient education. Manage the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology. Work as part of a team under the direct supervision of top endocrinologists in New York. Provide care via Telehealth and/or in-person as needed. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School. 6 Months Work Experience. Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State. About Elaya Health:
