Position Details:

Start Date:

ASAP for the 25/26 school year

Hours:

Full-time (35 hours/week); part-time positions available as well

Grade Levels:

K-5 students

Positions:

Multiple positions available for Elementary Level

Compensation:

Starting at $42/hour (commensurate with experience)

Location:

100% On-Site

Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Valid state licensure in the state in which you work and reside, or eligibility for licensure upon completion of your CCCs

ASHA certification required or eligibility for CCCs

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Passionate about working with K-12 students

Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric SLP

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities

Contribute to development of individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments and student needs

Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' communication goals in various settings

Implement evidence-based techniques and activities to promote speech and language development

Support the licensed SLP in monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed

Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely

Attend IEP meetings and provide support as directed by the supervising SLP
