12p-10p, 1p-11p, 2p-12a Shift 2 Job Description Provide services to meet the psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs of patients (infants to young adults) and families. Education And Credentials Bachelor's degree in Child Life or meets the educational requirements to apply for Child Life Professional Certification required. Completion of a internship as meets the requirements for a Child Life Certification by the Child Life Council required. Experience Ability to effectively utilize web-based programs to perform essential functions of position including but not limited to MicroSoft Office Products i.e. Word, Excel & Power Point. Experience in a health care and/or childcare setting. Training in Death, Dying, and Bereavement preferred. Must be certified under the specifications for Child Life Certification by the Child Life Council within two years of employment required.
