Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Implement interventions in various settings. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation. Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy. GA Physical Therapist PT license. Current BLS/CPR Certification. Job Details
