Summary:
Baptist Health Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant III provides physical therapy services for a caseload of patients under the supervision of a physical therapist.
Works with autonomy limited by license and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The PTA III has one year experience with BH. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served, mentor new staff and students, and be active in QA/ performance improvement activities.
Other Information:
Minimum of one year experience. Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population, CPR certification. Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
