Job Summary The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals’ new sales team, launched by EVERSANA, and will promote new cardiovascular therapeutics to physicians and other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate staff on product use, advantages, indications, and other relevant developments; maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers; and achieve territory product sales and activity goals through company‑defined metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations.

Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs through one‑on‑one meetings, group presentations, keynote programs, and other approved means.

Work 5 days in the field each week, using office time for call planning, customer follow‑up, presentations, appointments, and report generation.

Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity; meet call‑plan expectations.

Execute company‑approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities.

Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional initiatives.

Ensure territory sales strategy execution using periodic territory business plans and call activity reports.

Accurately report or submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner and within deadlines defined by leadership.

Attend all company‑sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadership.

Balance territory and regional work and projects while maintaining solid sales performance.

Exhibit an acceptable level of skill in all competencies; demonstrate sales influence within territory.

Travel as needed throughout the territory, including overnight stays, to see targeted HCPs as required by the call plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.

Minimum 2+ years of current related pharmaceutical/medical device/diagnostics sales experience.

Cardiovascular experience preferred.

Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customers.

Strong sales aptitude and selling experience through education and/or work experience.

Documented record of sales success from previous positions.

Solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Proactive and can‑do approach.

Problem‑solving ability.

Solid motivational and persuasion skills.

Demonstrates team orientation.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Ability to travel (including overnight) as required.
