Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks with Possible extension
Pay range - $65/hr - $70/hr.
(We are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Operating Room Registered Nurse
for a
travel assignment . The ideal candidate must have strong clinical background in
cardiac, neuro, thoracic, vascular , and
client-specific surgical procedures . This RN will play a vital role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes through safe surgical practices in a high-acuity, academic hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating room with surgical instruments, sterile equipment, and supplies
Assist surgical team in various complex procedures (cardiac, neuro, thoracic, vascular)
Monitor patient vitals and ensure proper documentation during intraoperative phases
Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control guidelines
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and other perioperative staff
Adhere to hospital policy and participate in pre- and post-op care coordination
Skills & Requirements:
Specialty Experience:
Strong background in
cardiac, neuro, thoracic, vascular
surgeries (Required)
EMR:
EPIC (Required)
AHA BLS Certification
(Required)
RN License NY State
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
in Operating Room settings (Required)
Education:
Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ASN/BSN)
