We’re looking for a Workday Financial Systems Administrator to join our Finance & Accounting team and serve as the subject matter expert for all Workday Financial modules. You’ll not only be involved in the implementation process but oversee the day-to-day configuration, reporting, and user support for the Finance team and our partners. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT department heads to ensure data integrity, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional employee experience.

Overview of the Financial Systems Analyst role:
Administer and support Workday Financial modules including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Expenses and Procurement.
Partner with Finance, HR and IT to implement enhancements and resolve production issues.
Provide ongoing end-user support, training and documentation.
Manage system updates, testing, and troubleshooting for Workday releases, new and ongoing functionality.
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Systems Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information System or related field
2–7 years of experience in Workday Financials.
Experience implementing Workday applications.
Understanding of HCM, Payroll and Financial processes such as GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets.
