Assistant Property Manager – Beaver Creek
We’re seeking a customer service–driven professional to join our team at two premier ski-in/ski-out properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular home inspections and property walks.
Engage with homeowners and guests, creating work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs.
Collaborate closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage package deliveries for owners and guests.
Use TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy and care.
Qualifications
Strong emotional intelligence, excellent people skills, and a high level of accountability and responsibility.
Self‑starter, committed to excellence on a daily basis.
Solid computer skills and ability to articulate written communication with homeowners and colleagues.
Hardworking, service‑driven mindset.

Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate:
$24 – $25 per hour
