We’re looking for an Analyst/Associate to join our team in the Americas and use their skills and market knowledge to bring the best students and professionals into the firm. Campus Recruiting helps devise and execute the firm's entry‑level recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on‑campus acceptance process, and executing summer internship programs. This position is responsible for helping to develop and execute strategies and initiatives designed to attract top campus talent for the firm’s businesses. What You’ll Do

Talent Strategy & Division Partnership: Partner with hiring managers and business division leaders to define needs, build robust talent pipelines, and shape hiring strategies tailored to both firmwide and division‑specific priorities. High‑Volume & Standardized Role Management: Manage high‑volume hiring processes, including end-to-end candidate pipeline management, assessment, and offer processes for standardized roles. Stakeholder Management & Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and campus recruiting, advising on hiring needs, market trends, and providing regular updates and hiring summaries to divisional and firmwide stakeholders. Event & Program Management: Plan and execute both firmwide and division‑specific events, including summer internship programs, divisional networking sessions, and one‑off recruiting initiatives. Coordinate and staff divisional representation at campus events, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Candidate Engagement: Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high‑potential candidates, fostering genuine connections and understanding their motivations and career aspirations. Collaboration: Collaborate with Campus Engagements & Programs recruiters and other recruiting teams to ensure seamless candidate flow, event coverage, and a consistent candidate experience. Compliance, Reporting & Budget Management: Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements throughout the recruiting process. Track and manage recruiting budgets and referral programs, and maintain accurate reporting and audit documentation. Brand Ambassador: Represent Goldman Sachs at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation. Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive hiring landscapes to proactively adapt and improve campus recruitment strategies. What We’re Looking For

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States‑based analyst position is $75,000–$100,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end. The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States‑based associate position is $85,000–$140,000.
