Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper who sees the patient as an individual. Your goal is to execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and can thrive in varied settings. You collaborate with peers and are comfortable making referrals to help patients thrive. You understand that being an Occupational Therapy Assistant means putting patients first and delivering high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
