Manufacturing Associate (Glass Experience Required)
Location: 2940 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, LA 71118
Base Pay Range $14.00/hr - $15.00/hr
Summary Glaz-Tech is looking for a Glass Fabricator / Material Handler, Glass Catcher (End of Furnace), and Muntin Bar Specialist to join our Shreveport, LA location. We seek responsible, adaptable, and self‑driven individuals who want to grow with us in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
Operate specialized machinery and hand tools.
Organize and produce various glass products.
Assist multiple departments as needed.
Requirements
Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds.
Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to communicate in English.
Willingness to learn new skills and grow as an employee.
Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Authorized to work in the US.
