Independent Contractors

who have experience working with and evaluating young children w/developmental delays and disabilities. Work in Bergen and Passaic Counties conducting evaluations and assessments for children from birth to three years of age. Valid NJ Driver's License and current Clinical License required. Flexible hours and Competitive Reimbursement rates. (Competitive Reimbursement up to $81 per hour) Computer experience and internet access required. Necessary Documentation: LLC name FEIN number Documentation of LLC If you do not currently have an LLC, you can easily get one at www.irs.gov In addition to the LLC for contracting, the following documents are necessary: Copy of current professional license or certification Copy of current driver’s license Copy of professional liability insurance – this document must list the following (exact language required) as the certificate or memorandum holder Copy of degrees earned Fully executed W-9 Copies of NJEIS required trainings certificates: Intro to NJEIS, Procedural Safeguards, and any other applicable NJEIS BDI trainings if you have them.
