Regional Director of Enrollment Operations In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote Admissions Representatives and campus admissions team ensuring the effective recruitment and enrollment of prospective students within your assigned region. Your leadership and strategic planning skills will be crucial in meeting enrollment targets, fostering a positive team culture, and driving the success of our admissions efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of remote Admissions Representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success.
Establish clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and a student-centric approach to admissions and all other campuses.
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for your assigned region, aligning with the institutions overall enrollment goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify target markets, trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Financial Aid, Marketing, Academics, and Student Services, to develop integrated recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing the admissions process.
Implement and maintain efficient and standardized admissions procedures, including application review, document collection, and enrollment processes.
Monitor admissions metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Interview and manage resumes for prospective new hires.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high schools, community organizations, and other educational partners within your assigned region.
Represent the institution at recruitment events, conferences, and meetings, delivering compelling presentations and fostering relationships with prospective students and families.
Training and Development
Develop and deliver training and coaching resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the remote/campus Admissions Representatives, ensuring their ongoing professional growth.
Complete monthly coaching documentation and reviews outlining representative’s effectiveness in efficiency and compliance.
Hold daily/weekly stand-ups, trainings, and on the spot coaching.
Conduct observations to ensure compliance and efficiency with the pre- enrollment and enrollment process.
Partner with the training department and the CDOA-Training and QA to create additional training support sustained through your efforts.
Education
Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred with at least 5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related roles within the education sector.
Proven experience in team management and leadership, preferably with admissions teams.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry. Familiarity with enrollment management systems or student information systems is a plus.
Travel
The position requires up to 50% travel in Texas. This position will be part of our corporate office and require travel to other locations as needed. Travel may be necessary on short notice; therefore, you must be flexible within your professional and personal schedule to accommodate company needs.
