Role As a Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications

Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment

Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List

Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)

No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience in a similar role

Additional certifications in pharmacy practice

Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Time Type Full‑time

Pay Range Typical pay range: $60.00 – $74.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
