Phlebotomist I
Location Kissimmee, FL
Duration 3+ Months
Shift / Time Zone Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 5:30am-12pm Sat 7am-11am (Off Wed and Sun)
Responsibilities
Draw and prepare quality blood samples from patients while following established procedures.
Maintain a safe and professional environment and perform daily activities accurately.
Communicate procedures to patients, creating trust and confidence.
Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established practices.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Qualifications
Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience required; one year+ phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
Additional Details
Bi‑Lingual preferred.
Must list home city/commute time to jobsite on resume (should be within 20‑25 minutes to site).
Overlapping roles do not count twice.

Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue.
Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift.
Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination.
