Responsibilities include verifying Medi-Cal eligibility, opening new client records in EMR and IBHIS, and ensuring records comply with agency policies and DMH requirements. Activities are often time-sensitive, requiring accurate reporting and thorough oversight. Regular interaction with staff, physicians, and outside agencies is expected. The role also involves data analysis and supporting quality control, assurance, and improvement efforts. Duties include maintaining chart order, entering data into LA County data collection sites, and other quality tasks as assigned.
