Position Summary
The Azizoglu laboratory studies the body-wide control of organ growth and regeneration. We are seeking a research technician to perform research tasks in the lab as well as help with lab management duties. Research tasks will include mouse colony organization and breeding, molecular assays (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, RNA in situ hybridization), tissue collections and processing (dissections, sectioning, immunohistochemistry), microscopy (confocal and light‑sheet imaging), primary cell culture (dissections for cell collections, FACS), and data analysis.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Rodent handling ability
Basic understanding of cell biology
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Prior experience in a biology or chemistry lab or in a related field
Rodent handling experience
Strong communication and organization skills
