Finance Manager
to join our growing team and help drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance at our state-of-the-art dealership.
What You’ll Do Secure financing and insurance programs for new and pre-owned vehicle customers Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including proper disclosures) Present financing options in a transparent, professional, and consultative manner Collaborate with sales management to maximize product penetration and PVR Submit deals accurately and promptly, and follow up on funding
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership (2+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, compliance, and legal regulations Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Dealertrack/Tekion experience is a plus Ability to lead ethically and with integrity in a fast-paced environment
