Job Summary The Superintendent for Healthcare Construction oversees all field‑related activities, including jobsite safety, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management across one or more projects. The role works closely with the management team, maintains regular communication with Senior Superintendent/Project Director, and fosters strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Minimum Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Valid driver’s license.

5 years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent.

Experience with AHCA and healthcare commercial construction required.

Experience with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) preferred.

Self‑motivated, independent worker with strong judgment.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Must meet high‑quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules.

Strong leadership skills and personal accountability.

Language ability: read, write, and speak effectively in documentation contexts.

Mathematical ability: basic algebra and geometry calculations.

Reasoning ability: solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Basic computer skills.

Job Responsibilities

Enforce contractual documents and maintain project schedules.

Coordinate and lead the project team; assist with business development and preconstruction.

Anticipate potential issues and take corrective action.

Develop leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.

Implement site logistics and OSHA compliance plans.

Plan and coordinate work activities; lead progress meetings and trade huddles.

Monitor and adjust construction schedules.

Ensure jobsite safety, separation, and quality control.

Maintain complete site records and logs.

Manage subcontractor performance and compliance.pt?

Coordinate material procurement and delivery.

Assist in bid scopes, shop drawings, submittals, and approval timelines.

Support RFIs, timesheets, invoices, and cost reviews.

Follow company policies, procedures, and Master Forms Library.

Participate in ongoing training.

Report safety issues promptly.

Deliver exceptional client service.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
