Job Summary Take the lead as a Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent for our client in Nashville, Tennessee. We seek a seasoned leader with 5+ years of commercial construction experience, specializing in healthcare and renovation projects. Your responsibilities include overseeing site safety (OSHA/ICRA), managing trade compliance, directing field staff, and enforcing quality/schedule requirements. Your expertise in construction methodologies and strong communication skills are essential to drive high‑quality results. Responsibilities

Oversee all job site activities, ensuring workmanship, quality, schedule, and safety compliance.

Supervise subcontractors and trades; serve as the primary onsite representative.

Manage the site safety program, including documentation, weekly meetings, and adherence to OSHA and ICRA standards.

Read construction documents and develop overall schedule and a detailed four‑week look‑ahead.

Direct field staff, manage materials/equipment delivery, and coordinate all necessary inspections.

Lead pre‑installation meetings, manage mock‑ups, and supervise punch‑list inspections.

Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, owner, and facility staff; complete all required site documentation.

Qualifications

Five or more years experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction; healthcare experience is a must.

Experience in both new construction and renovation projects.

Minimum OSHA 30 training and active First Aid/CPR certification.

Expert knowledge of construction methodologies and ICRA requirements.

Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build professional relationships.

Highly analytical, organized, and effective communicator.
