Overview
Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with the construction of structures, facilities, and systems. Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems. Supports with project delivery strategies. Schedules the project in logical steps and budgets time required to meet deadlines. Coordinates the project procurement, selection of contractors and assists with contract paperwork and management of changes. Coordinates QA/QC quality control plans. Oversees safety management plans. Oversees the building permit process and compliance with codes. Participates in weekly construction meetings. Supports preparation daily/weekly/monthly progress reports. Reviews contractor applications for payment and recommends payment to client. Reviews contractor change order requests and recommends approval to client. Supports development of cost reports for the client. Coordinates punch list preparation and project close-out. Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. Complexity - Work involves conventional practice but may include a variety of complex features.

Role is overseeing the field operation for large scale program in the capacity as an owners Rep not GC Superintendent. Previous experience as Field PM or CM Superintendent would be a good fit. Commercial experience or vertical construction preferred. NO RAIL, HIGHWAY OR MEP Specialty. -Great role for someone who has been a #2 on large scale programs and wants to take the next steps in their career under a very seasoned Executive PM. -Prefers someone with Sports, recreation or hospitality project -Ground up construction of new 4 story building -Renovation of Tennis Stadium suites -$850M project OF Suites

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $74.51/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
