We are seeking an HRIS Data Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging SuccessFactors data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for various stakeholders.

What you'll do
Extract, transform, and analyze data from SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, employee engagement)
Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to identify data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform decision-making related to talent management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SuccessFactors platform through regular audits and validation
Automate reporting processes and streamline data collection to improve efficiency
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
Stay up-to-date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features to optimize data utilization
What you'll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or Business Administration
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools, such as Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD)
Advanced skills in business rules to drive data integrity across the SuccessFactors Platform
Solid understanding of HR data, metrics, and business processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Additional qualifications
Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
