Cross Domain Provisioning Engineer As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active

TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI)

clearance.

The Cross Domain Provisioning Engineer is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of secure data transfer solutions across security boundaries. This role ensures compliance with cross-domain security policies while enabling mission‑critical information sharing across multiple classified and unclassified networks.

Responsibilities

Collect requirements from stakeholders and determine best implementation solution. Schedule/attend Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss/whiteboard design and implementation details.

Coordinate implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.

Identify and remediate potential implementation conflicts of CDS technologies across the Enterprise.

Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries, and other system‑related issues.

Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, deliver technical presentations, and effectively communicate technical information with co‑workers and stakeholders.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities

Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to successfully pass and maintain a Government Polygraph (post‑hire requirement).

Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field and Six (6) years of applicable experience.

DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II.

Experience with Linux operating systems; understanding of general operating system security practices, TCP/IP networking, and network security concepts.

Ability to develop new concepts and processes.

Ability to analyze root causes and resolve issues.

Ability to support junior level technicians and specialists in their activities.

Ability to perform all tasks of lower level technicians or specialists.

Ability to work individually, actively participate on integrated teams, and lead a task, project or team.

Must pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
