What You’ll Be Doing

You will work primarily in Revit and have the opportunity to leverage Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu to enhance your workflows.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of construction projects, modeling wood, steel, concrete, and masonry structures and producing plans, elevations, and details.

You will visualize complex structures to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and recognize spatial conflicts to optimize designs.

You will curate and maintain our BIM and CADD library, ensuring seamless access to essential resources and support files.

Qualifications

All experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in BIM and CADD software (Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD).

Interest in emerging technologies.

Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work and communicate effectively in collaborative team settings.

Ability to interpret written, verbal, and visual direction.

Additional Preferred Experience / Skills

3+ years of experience in structural drafting and modeling.

Experience in construction, mining, and related trades.

Related degrees or certifications.

Work Schedule Regular full‑time position with benefits.

Compensation Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe‑benefits package. Employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
