Experience in originating residential loans, mortgage industry, and mortgage lending is a plus but not required as training is provided.
Excellent people skills and adaptability in a changing environment.
Mortgage Loan Officer License or ability to obtain one soon after hire.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
