Brayman Construction in Saxonburg is seeking a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant to join our first-class corporate team. This position will provide direct support to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership.

The Administrative Assistant will support the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with day-to-day organization and project support. We welcome candidates who have strong administrative skills and are eager to grow into a higher-level role. Prior C‑suite support experience is a plus, but not required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties, adapting to shifting priorities throughout the day.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, send reminders, and help prepare presentations and meeting materials.
  • Assist with email organization and prioritization across multiple inboxes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact—greet visitors, screen calls, and sort or distribute mail and incoming messages.
  • Coordinate both corporate and personal travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars.
  • Utilize technology and productivity tools to enhance efficiency for the CEO and leadership team.
  • Assist with tracking expenses, gathering supporting documents, and coordinating invoices related to projects or events.

Administrative Assistant Required Skills & Abilities

  • Previous administrative experience required; experience supporting executives is a plus but not required.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Professional discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours and travel as needed.

Administrative Assistant Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
  • At least four years of administrative experience preferred.
