Role Description
This is a full-time ( Monday thru Friday, occasional Saturday). on-site Administrative Assistant role based in St. Clair Shores, MI The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including handling correspondence, organizing files, data entry, payroll processing, research, HR necessities, onboarding, and providing executive-level administrative support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations while supporting leadership in their daily functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally engage with team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to management
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment ex. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Clair Shores, MI
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant administration is a plus
- Self-motivated and a team player
