Schedule: Hybrid (Work from home on Mondays & Fridays, in-office Tues-Thurs)

Your Role:
- Validate and enter key project data.
- Support contract teams with essential administrative tasks.
- Analyze data and ensure contract timelines are met.
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking files.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of operational coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Smartsheet.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
