Operations Coordinator (Hybrid – Canonsburg, PA)

Schedule: Hybrid (Work from home on Mondays & Fridays, in-office Tues-Thurs)

  • Someone with strong data analysis skills, especially in Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to keep projects running smoothly.

Your Role:

  • Validate and enter key project data.
  • Support contract teams with essential administrative tasks.
  • Analyze data and ensure contract timelines are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date project tracking files.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of operational coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Smartsheet.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
