Base pay range

$67,183.00/yr - $83,978.00/yr

Position Responsibilities

  • The Accounts Receivable Analyst seeks solutions to customer and Accounts Receivable (AR) balance needs, analyzes trends, and presents innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
  • As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will provide management with reports that analyze and communicate operational risks and performance while supporting ongoing internal and external audits by maintaining strong documentation
  • You will perform general ledger account and customer statement reconciliations, handle accounting tasks, train teammates, and lead department research
  • You will lead a broad array of AR activities such as cash receipts, adjustments, contacting sales for chargebacks and deductions
  • You will conduct user‑acceptance testing for new applications by analyzing team performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5+ years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
