What You Bring:

• 2-4+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic in heavy construction or equipment rental.
• Strong skills with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine repairs (major + minor).
• Familiarity with Tier 4 and Tier 4 Final engines and aftertreatment systems is a bonus.
• Capable of performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Must have your own tools (average setup value $5,000+).
• Able to read schematics, use diagnostic software, and weld when needed.
• Safety-focused - you know how to get the job done without cutting corners.
• Willing to learn and grow - we're big on internal development.
