About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Junior Recruiter with 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-volume, call center, or customer service environments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy setting and enjoys building strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

You’ll manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional with an agency background looking to transition into a corporate or in-house talent acquisition environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume call center and customer service positions.
  • Conduct 30+ candidate calls per day, including phone screens, interview coordination, and offer discussions.
  • Source and build pipelines using job boards, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout every step of the process.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to meet hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to support onboarding and new hire success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of recruiting experience (high-volume or call center strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to fill multiple roles quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and spending significant time on the phone.
  • Agency recruiting background a strong plus.
  • Proficient in ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
