Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to executive leadership by managing administrative tasks, preparing daily reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, handling executive communications, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role also involves problem-solving, multitasking, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting organizational goals. This role will be designed to work exclusively with the president of the company and will include managing their personal calendar along with the entire family group of companies. It is not limited to just the insurance business.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Handling executive communications and preparing daily reports.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Problem solving, multitasking, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.
  • Strong communication and administrative assistance skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of event planning and travel booking skills.
