Hobby Lobby Distribution is responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise to all of Hobby Lobby’s 1050+ retail stores around the country. Hobby Lobby Distribution has one central Distribution Center, with 12 buildings comprising over 12 million square feet, featuring:

• 44+ miles of conveyor systems
• Automated picking and retrieval systems
• 1,100+ pieces of transport equipment
• cutting‑edge industrial machinery

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair our extensive conveyor systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and some electrical issues.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Support smooth warehouse operations by reducing equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge – hands‑on experience preferred.
• Some electrical skills are a big plus.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Team‑oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain a Boom Lift operator’s license.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning.

Shift Options & Pay

• $20.15 to $20.90 / hour (6am, 3pm or 6pm start time).
• Opportunity to earn a higher rate after just 90 days.
