How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with global frameworks.
Oversee risk management activities and ensure timely audits and assessments.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain a governance framework for decision?making and accountability.
Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure alignment and communication.
Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.
Define KPIs and deliver governance performance reports to leadership.
Support incident response planning and ensure governance integration.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
6+ years of cybersecurity?related experience.
5+ years of program management experience in governance or risk frameworks.
Experience in designing or managing cybersecurity governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443) or related processes
Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.
Excellent communication and problem?solving skills.
Position may require up to 25% travel, domestic and international.
Program Management Experience with background in Kanban, Lean Six Sigma or comparable experience.
Extensive experience with risk management and accepted threat assessment protocols.
Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, encryption technologies, endpoint protection) is a plus.
