Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.
