Restaurant Captain – Two Hands

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced restaurant captain to help lead our team in Tribeca. This is a full‑time position and open availability is required.

Two Hands Hospitality is a community‑focused Australian restaurant group serving breakfast through dinner, fueling your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast‑growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver.

Key Requirements

• At least two years of experience serving in a high‑volume and fast‑paced restaurant environment in NYC
• Prior leadership experience
• Barista and bar experience preferred
• Must be available for early mornings as well as dinner shifts, including weekends
• Knowledge of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• Willingness to lead a FOH team
• A love for hospitality and desire to move up in this industry

• Hourly wage $16 per hour, averaging $36 to $48 per hour including tips
