Pay
Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday; 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Enter patient information accurately and promptly.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
Requirements
Must have a valid Washington-issued Phlebotomy License or have an application for a Phlebotomy License filed with the Washington Department of Health at time of hire.
Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or eligible for a medical or religious accommodation.
