Location: Chaska, MN
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
- Type: Contract-to-Hire
As a Packager, you’ll play a key role in preparing our high-quality food products for shipment. You’ll be responsible for:
- 🧪 Accurately weighing and bagging finished goods
- 📦 Sealing boxes and stacking them on pallets (up to 50 lbs)
- ⚙️ Operating production equipment (belts, Swecos, Comils, metal detectors)
- ✅ Performing quality and safety checks per SOPs
- 🧼 Mastering sanitization procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
🛠 What You Bring- At least 6 months of experience in food production or manufacturing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (every 2 minutes)
- Familiarity with food safety standards and equipment handling
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and cleanliness

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
