As a dedicated AT&T Customer Sales Representative for AT&T Business, your primary responsibility will be to consult with clients on enhancing their digital infrastructure. The AT&T Sales & Customer Support will be the architect behind a more resilient and agile business, ensuring their connectivity is scalable, secure, and powerfully aligned with their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Sales Representative

Assess AT&T Business clients' communication needs and recommend wireless, internet, and VoIP solutions aligning with operational goals.

Coordinate service activations, upgrades, and issue resolution using AT&T provisioning systems, ensuring accurate delivery and minimal disruption to business services.

Handle CRM records for service requests, renewals, and account changes to support client retention, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain sales pipeline visibility.

Quickly and professionally resolve client concerns, escalating technical/billing issues to AT&T support while owning the customer experience.

Educate clients on AT&T Business offerings, including device compatibility, service tiers, and promotions, to improve satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to streamline onboarding and enhance service delivery, improving campaign performance and customer success.
