About the Role: We’re seeking an accomplished healthcare leader to serve as
Vice President of Quality Services , overseeing quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across
two hospitals
in the Stockton, CA region. This executive will drive clinical excellence and operational performance by setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and patient experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for all quality, safety, and performance improvement programs across two hospitals. Partner with physicians, nursing, and executive leadership to elevate care standards and outcomes. Oversee accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring continuous readiness. Lead efforts to reduce medical errors, improve patient satisfaction, and strengthen clinical reliability. Direct infection prevention, risk management, and patient safety initiatives. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and guide improvement strategies. Mentor and develop high-performing quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Represent the hospitals during regulatory surveys and quality audits.
Qualifications: BSN Required Master’s degree
in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field. 10+ years
of progressive leadership in healthcare quality, performance improvement, or patient safety. Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple hospitals or service lines. Proven record managing accreditation, compliance, and regulatory readiness. Strong background in data-driven performance improvement and clinical operations. Professional Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ)
required within 24 months of hire.
