Job Title:

ETL Tester Cloud Migration

Location:

Louisville, Kentucky (Onsite 5 Days WFO)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester to drive end-to-end validation of data migration and transformation processes in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL testing, Databricks, and Cloud testing, along with hands‑on experience in Python and Spark for automating data reconciliation workflows during System Integration Testing (SIT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute ETL testing and data reconciliation for heterogeneous databases post‑cloud migration.
• Automate test cases using Python and Apache Spark to validate data integrity and performance.
• Evaluate software products to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
• Develop test data, scripts, and validation procedures for complex data pipelines.
• Isolate, reproduce, and track defects, verifying fixes across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment across testing, development, and data engineering functions.
• Apply QA methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in ETL testing with data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Python, Spark, and Cloud testing (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, SIT, and database automation frameworks.
