A Typical Day
Helping others is what we do best. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will wow clients now and in the future by answering phones, greeting clients, matching them with the right tax professional, scheduling appointments, ensuring client needs are met across channels, maintaining office cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned.
It would be even better if you also had
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
