Overview

The Judge group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter who can hit the ground running. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional interviewing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including:
  • Clinical (CMA)
  • Administrative
  • Accounting
  • Sales
  • Product Development
  • Information Technology
  • Provider Engagement
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Utilize Workable ATS (with AI recruitment capabilities) and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and communication logs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting across diverse functions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Workable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
