Restaurant Manager | Job Description

Reports to: General Manager | Location: Restaurant

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Compensation Range: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Leads through service and supports the team, demonstrating integrity and commitment.
• Maintains a team and guest focus during each shift, showing respect and loyalty to all.
• Partners with managers to coach and lead teams through proper training systems and adherence to company standards.
• Engages guests by continually touching tables to exceed expectations and builds relationships in the community.
• Ensures all health and sanitation standards are met and follows all legal standards for health, safety, and labor.
• Oversees keeping the restaurant clean, comfortable, and inviting while managing all safety policies.
• Partners with managers to guarantee food and products are prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and serving standards.
• Supports the restaurant team in achieving sales, food cost, labor cost, and operating expense objectives.
• Attends all scheduled team meetings and cooperates with the GM and AGM in preparing schedules.
• Performs related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

>2+ years in a high-volume role. Fast Casual Restaurant and catering experience preferred.
