Pay: $16.84 per hour (First Shift Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more related shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (preferred)
• Forklift certification
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to enter and update system information efficiently
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Independent and team oriented work style
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent multi‑tasking, organization and time‑management skills
• Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices
• Valid driver’s license (for company truck)

Responsibilities

• Perform material moves and associated transactions as required by the customer
• Work at a continuous fast pace
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly
• Assist in training dock employees on new procedures
• Ensure facility is secure at shift end and resolve scanning or housekeeping issues
• Complete assignments safely within allotted time
• Participate in work‑group and team activities to improve warehouse operations

Additional Responsibilities

• Abide by all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform work assignments accurately, timely and safely
• Picks product to fill customer orders
• Packs, crates and prepares orders for loading on truck or trailer
• Operate cardboard baler machine, forklift and manual pallet jack
• Pre‑trip inspection of forklift on a daily basis
• Complete required training as scheduled
