* Other Details: A diagnostic radiologist is needed to provide weekend coverage for adult inpatient cases, focusing on CT, plain films, MRI, and ultrasound, with no nuclear medicine, cardiac, or breast imaging. The role requires onsite shifts every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the expectation to complete all reads during the shift. Candidates must be board-certified with at least one year of experience, hold an unrestricted California medical license, and possess a current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification. Prior to starting, the physician must complete two weekday orientation shifts for system setup and quality review. This is a high-volume setting using Epic EMR, with block scheduling available. Weekend availability for at least one shift per month is required, with preference for more. Flu vaccination is required (medical/religious exemptions allowed), while COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory. All hours are billable, and observed holidays include major U.S. federal holidays.
